The Metropolitan area contains thousands of homes, apartments, town houses, and condominium rentals for individuals interested in renting or leasing on a short term basis. A real estate agent can provide you with an Apartment Shopper's Guide and help you select the area and home or apartment which best suits your needs. Please note, a security deposit of one month's rent is often required. Some rates include utilities; others may not. If a lease is involved, please read it carefully. Remember, terms are subject to change, call in advance to confirm availability. You may wish to inspect the facility before making a decision.

Polinger Shannon & Luchs Company

Provides short-term, long-term furnished and unfurnished apartment homes and town homes at a variety of locations. All properties have a three (3) month minimum and are available for short term leases. All persons employed by NIH qualify for a 5% rental rate discount on six (6) and 12 month lease terms.
