On-Campus Work Center

What is the On-Campus Work Center?

The On-Campus Work Center is a place where you can go between or after meetings or conferences to work, use a computer/printer, make a copy, use a phone, send a fax or log in to check e-mail, or send a fax. It is designed for short-term use, as needed by staff.

Where is it located?

Building 31, in Room 1A1E-09 (next to the cafeteria)

What are the hours?

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM workdays

What is needed to use it?

Nothing - simply walk in, sign in, and sit down! But please do remember to"sign in", we need to gather usage statistics. We do not give any individual identifying information in our reports.

What is the On-Campus Work Center NOT?

You cannot monopolize a workstation for an entire day; you cannot personalize the desktop or download any software; and you cannot save any documents to the hard drive. You cannot bring in food or drinks, and you should clean up your workstation when you are finished. You must adhere to the NIH Policy on appropriate use of a computer resources.
