Complementary and Alternative Medicine Resources

Description:

The class is intended to help those with an interest in alternative and complementary medicine to select and effectively search authoritative databases that cover alternative medicine literature. Complementary and alternative medicine, as defined by NCCAM, is a group of diverse medical and health care systems, practices, and products that are not presently considered to be part of conventional medicine. Participants will also learn about the complementary and alternative medicine resources available in the NIH Library online, book, and journal collections.
