NIHRFC0008 - "AD Attribute Data Content and Management"1:
Proposes Best Community Practice. This document specifies National Institutes of Health (NIH) architecture best practice for the NIH community for Active Directory (AD) Attribute Data Content Management and requests any suggestions for improvements.

NIHRFC0034 - "NIH Primary Email Address"1:
Proposes to define a standard syntax for the primary SMTP email address (default reply-to) for a person as represented by Central Email Service (CES) at NIH.  The use of this proposed syntax will: Improve IT security; Facilitate the use of S/MIME (Secure / Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) for public key encryption and digital signing of e-mail; Simplify the creation and portability of NIH Personal Identity Verification (PIV) ID badges issued under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).

NIHRFC0035 - "Submission of Data Models"1:
