| | Adminstrative Services Branch - Overview
The Administrative Services Branch is
responsible for acquiring and managing the resources and
services needed to operate the Intramural Research Program.
Administrative Services plays a key role in maximizing utilization
of financial and human capital, and performing a variety
of management functions. They also provide a wide range
of administrative and management support services, including
budget and financial management, space planning and renovations,
facility management, property management, human resources
management, information systems management, procurement
and contract management, and travel management. The administrative
staff represents the Program on NIH-wide committees and
focus groups concerned with administrative operations and
processes.
