Kaplan- Associate Director for Fellowship Training The NIMH, Intramural Fellowship Training Program, located in the Office of the Director (OD), is headed by Barry B. Kaplan, Ph.D., Associate Director for Fellowship Training. Prior to coming to NIMH in 1997, Dr. Kaplan served as Professor and Director, Molecular Neurobiology and Genetics Program, Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA.
