Description:
A chromosome by chromosome map of the mouse genome (based on Copeland/Jenkins C57/BL6J x M. spretus F1 x C57BL6J backcross). The Mouse Genome Database (MGD) contains information on:

• Mouse genetic markers, molecular segments, and phenotypes
• Comparative and experimental mapping data
• graphical displays for genetic, physical, and cytogenetic maps
