Cancer Genome Anatomy Project (CGAP)

Description:
CGAP is an interdisciplinary program designed to understand the molecular changes that transform normal cells into cancer cells. Through its website, CGAP provides access to a wide variety of human and mouse molecular databases and also provides unique web-based tools to probe this vast amount of information. The data and tools are organized under headings: Genes, Chromosomes, Tissues, SAGE Genie, RNAi, and Pathways. All clones are available to researchers.

Purchase CGAP Clones

Cost:
All EST clones can be purchased from the I.M.A.G.E. Consortium Distributors. RNAi clones can be purchased from a commercial distributor.
