Try performing a hard reset on the device by trying one of the following:
- Remove the battery while the device is on and place it back in.
- Press and hold down these three keys simultaneously for two seconds:
- ALT (the half-moon key, or the key may be colored orange)
- CAP key
- BACKSPACE (or, it may be named "delete" key)
- Simply push down the reset button on the device (usually on the back of the device under the battery cover – if the device has a battery cover).

How do I install and setup my new Blackberry?
|
Contact the NIH Help Desk who will put in a ticket to add your email account to the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). Once that is complete, the ticket will be sent to your local desktop support to have a technician assist you with installation and configuration.
