| Many groups across NIH have chosen to take advantage of our event registration site development service. If you have an annual event that requires attendee registration, this is the quickest, easiest, and cheapest method available to you to get your site and your registration up and running. Because we have done so many registration systems, we can offer you a number of forms and form options to pick from to build your registration form. Often times, looking at actual registration forms used for other events can help you clarify exactly what you need to know for your particular event. A particular area of importance when developing a registration form is the validation that is included. With proper validation, you can control what information must be submitted for a valid registration, apply formatting to any field, or limit the selections the attendee can make. We can help you decide what level of validation is appropriate for your needs. As with our design service, you can pick the level of effort that meets your needs. We can create an entire site with a new design, migrating all other content and setting up a custom URL; we can host the site using a design developed by someone else; or we can simply develop the registration page itself while the rest of the site is hosted on another NIH server. Our registration systems are developed using FileMaker Pro. This gives the event coordinators the ablity to review the registrant database on-line at any time and make any adjustments or changes.
