Chemical Structure Database of Anti-Cancer Screened Compounds

Description:
Chemical structures (2D and 3D) and screening results for over 200,000 compounds tested in cancer or AIDS screens, such as:

  • Anti-cancer compounds grouped by mechanism of action, i.e., alkylating agents, topoisomerase I and II inhibitors
  • RNA/DNA antimetabolites
  • Antimitotic agents
  • Compounds with in vitro activity against HIV-1, i.e., azido-pyrimidines, benzodiazepines, pyrimidine nucleosides, dyes and polyanions, heavy metal compounds, and purine nucleosides
