  The NIH Biowulf cluster is a GNU/Linux parallel processing system designed and built at the National Institutes of Health and managed by the Helix Systems Staff.

  NAMD, Gaussian, CHARMM, Amber, GAMESS, GROMACS, and Q-Chem, are available on powerful and scaleable hardware from Helix Systems.
• Web-Based Scientific Tools
  Helix Systems offer sequence analysis tools, gene regulation & pathways, structural biology tools, proteomics, alert services, and utilities.
