Description:
NCI-provided portal to computer-based tools for managing microarray experimental data. Users are allowed to add tools and comment on the available tools. Resources include:

• NHGRI Array DB 2.1: relational database provides storage for multiple data formats
• Gene Expression Markup Language (GEML): file format for storing DNA microarray and gene expression data
• Minimum Information About a Microarray Experiment (MIAME): specifies the minimum information necessary in reporting to ensure interpretability of the results
• Another Microarray Database (AMAD): flat file database
• Microarray Markup Languate (MAML): data format for describing information about DNA-array based experiments
• GenX: a collaborative internet database and toolset for gene expression data
