Cancer Bioinformatics Infrastructure Objects (caBIO)

Description:
An object modeling effort designed to model the domains of cancer research. The caBIO objects simulate the behavior of actual components in biomedicine (genes, chromosomes, sequences, agents, trials). The user has access to a variety of data sources including GenBank, Unigene, LocusLink, Ensemble, GoldenPath (through DAS), and CGAP data repositories.
