NCI Cancer Images Database

Description:
A database of murine models and human cancer images submitted by cancer researchers that contains information about images and image annotations including species, organ, tissue, and diagnosis. These database images feature:

• Histopathology and normal histology of genetically engineered mouse (GEM) tissues
• Histopathology of xenografts
• Histopathology and normal histology of human tissues
• CT, MRI, and PET images
• Chromosomal analyses - FISH and SKY
• In vivo imaging images
