ClinicalTrials.gov is a consumer health information systems application developed by the Lister Hill Center to provide information about active, ongoing, or completed research studies. ClinicalTrials.gov is also used as an information systems research tool to study problems that consumers may experience when searching for information. A Protocol Registration System was developed to facilitate data entry and management of study information.
