Computer Support

Contact us for hardware and software assistance with your useral computer, email, or network issues (e.g., VPN). Our team provides custom application and server hosting, data backup solutions, and telecommunications support (e.g., blackberry).

Clinical Research Support

Clinical Research Support provides IT systems, and direct research assistance to help design, collect, and analyze protocol data. The systems provided include the Clinical Trials Database (CTBD), Clinical Datamart, and web-based collaboration tools. The clinical support team provides core services that assists you in utilizing these tools to implement your protocol. Custom support (e.g., data entry, data migration) is also available.

Web Services

The Web Services team is responsible for creating and maintaing DIR websites and the DIR wiki (science.nichd.nih.gov).
