NCI-Frederick Research Donor Program (RDP)

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Research Donor Program (RDP) serves as a central repository for the collection and distribution of whole blood samples from healthy volunteers to NCI-Frederick Investigators for in vitro research use. Approved projects can obtain timely and inexpensive samples through OHS. Employees of the NCI-Frederick and Fort Detrick community may volunteer to be donors. Monetary compensation is provided for donor participation. The program is administered by Occupational Health Services.
