New Year! New You! Program from January 26 – April 17
 

It is that time of year again to begin the New Year right with the help of the NIH R&W Fitness Centers. Our New Year! New You! Program will be from January 26 – April 17, 2009. Registration is from January 12 to January 27.

This twelve week program was created specifically to benefit the health and wellness of all NIH employees and contractors.  The objective of the New Year! New You! program is to work on an individual basis or as a team to improve health and wellness through physical activity and to begin the New Year with a New You!  Each team or individual can accomplish their goals by participating in physical activity or wellness seminars during the program. Participation in this program will give Non-Fitness Center Members access to the fitness centers for twelve weeks. Begin your journey to better health by working with our dedicated fitness staff for twelve weeks!
