Database of Molecular Target Characterization of the NCI Panel of 60 Human Tumor Cell Lines

Description:
A database of quantitation of Molecular Targets within the NCI panel of 60 human tumor cell lines. Data are available for more than 250 individually measured Targets, as well as data from two microarray measurements. If a Target of interest has not been measured, researchers may apply to receive 60 cell line materials at no charge to perform such measurements. Targets include:

  • Gene mutations
  • mRNA levels
  • Protein levels
  • Enzyme activities

Availability:
Anyone may access the data, which is searchable by gene name or a text string. Qualified investigators may measure a molecular target. Data must be submitted to DTP for display on this publicly available database.
