What to do When

All projects, either in planning stages or near completion, follow a life cycle. The following diagram describes how the NIH Enterprise Architecture impacts each phase of the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Project managers should consult with the Office of the Chief IT Architect (OCITA) at the beginning of each systems development project.
