Disbursement Information:

FINANCIAL AID DOCUMENTS

Documents needed to complete your Financial Aid are listed on yours awards letter.  Scholarships, grants, and loans that require documentation will not post to your student account if these documents are not recieved by the Financial Aid office.

Missing Information letters will also be sent out each month to students who have not turned in the required documentation.  Example:  The Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant requires a GSFapp to be completed online at www.gacollege411.  If this document has not been recieved by the end of Fall semester, 12/18, the student will not be eligible for this grant for Fall semester.  The award will be removed from the student's account and the student will be responsible for paying the amount of the GTEG award to the college.

Documents required for VERIFICATION must be turned in as soon as possible.  This process determines the accuracy of the information that was submitted on your FAFSA using your income tax documentation.  Incorrect data that is corrected during the verification process may affect the student's Financial Aid award and the award may change.

There are few, if any, investments in life as important as that of a college education. Our desire is to provide access and choice to students, who without such assistance would not be able to attend an institution of higher learning. Please make your self at home and explorer our site.

The role of the Financial Aid Office at Brewton-Parker College is to make a quality Christian education affordable to each and every student who applies.

Here are Key Dates to Remember
