Brooklyn Decker stopped by the studio to talk with Dan.

The studio got steamy today when SI Swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker stopped by.

Decker said she may be interested, if Dan was younger, not married and she wasn't engaged to Andy Roddick. So, basically, to quote the Jim Carrey move Dumb and Dumber, Dan still has a chance.

Decker explained to Dan how she and Andy avoids paparazzi. She said a lot of people invite them in their lives. She doesn't do that.

Dan and Brooklyn relived when Dan sprinkled sand on her at a photo shoot. Tough life for Dan.

Decker gave some good advice on how to avoid being creepy. She said men should never wear Speedos.

Dan's NBC teammate Jerome Bettis joined the show to talk about his former team.

-- Dan asked Bus how the Steelers could potentially lose. "If they can't protect Ben [Roethlisberger], and the offensive line can't get the running game going," Bettis said.

-- Bettis says Roethlisberger's ribs won't be a factor.

-- Bettis says he thinks the Steelers are going to win. He thinks it will be close, but Pittsburgh will prevail.

-- Dan reported to Bettis that Bob Costas said he could beat both of them in the 100-yard dash.

"It takes Bob double the amount of steps to get there," Bus said.

Deion Sanders won Super Bowls with Dallas and San Francisco.
Richard Macklin/SI

Future Hall of Famer Deion Sanders joined the show to discuss the Super Bowl.

-- Dan asked Deion about how he would play Larry Fitzgerald. Would he need help?

"I would play him straight up man," Sanders said. "But I really think Pittsburgh will double him at times. But they're not going to double him the whole game."

Sanders says it's hard for Pittsburgh to keep doubling Fitzgerald, because Anquan Boldin or Steve Breaston will hurt you.

-- Dan and Deion were talking about Devin Hester. Deion said that Hester didn't make a mistake by trying to be a receiver. Sanders says he's pretty good.

-- Sanders was very frank about why he played. Not Pro Bowls, not Super Bowls, not the Hall of Fame. Deion played because his mother was a janitor and he wanted to help her financially.

Matthew Stafford could be the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft.

Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford dropped by. Stafford could be the top pick in April's NFL Draft.

-- Stafford says the Lions, who pick No. 1, haven't contacted him. But Stafford said he'd love to be part of Detroit's effort to turn things around. Stafford said he definitely doesn't mind the colors silver and blue. They're similar to the colors he wore in high school.

-- Stafford commented on the difference between him and Florida QB Tim Tebow.

"I played in a more pro-style offense, and that's the biggest difference," Stafford said.

-- Stafford said he wouldn't mind if Mark Sanchez went ahead of him or if he wasn't No. 1. He seems pretty grounded about it.

-- Stafford said if he was Tebow, he would go back to Florida as well.

Jerry Rice won three Super Bowls with the 49ers.

Hall of Famer Jerry Rice joined the show to talk about the Super Bowl and the state of the game.

-- Dan and Jerry got into an interesting conversation about Terrell Owens. Rice said he could understand T.O.'s reputation for dropping the ball. And Rice is concerned about Owens' precise route-running.

"Terrell is going to have to focus next year to make sure the ball doesn't hit the ground," Rice said.

-- Dan asked Rice how much image would hurt Owens when it comes to Hall of Fame. Rice said he's putting up unbelievable numbers, but he's not sure how much the other stuff would get in the way.

"He's at the door right now." Rice said. "It's up to him to kick the door down."

That being said, Rice said he'd take T.O. as a teammate in a minute.

-- Dan asked Jerry if he could give Larry Fitzgerald some advice, what would it be. "He's pretty much got the idea," Rice said.

-- Dan asked Rice who he would want at QB for a game-winning drive -- Big Ben or Kurt Warner. Rice actually chose Warner.

-- Rice said that Steve Young and Joe Montana never yelled at him -- or anyone for that matter. They were just cool cats.

Bob Costas dropped by to talk with Dan about NBC's production on Sunday.

-- How big will the NBC cast be? Costas said the network will have a team of lawyers there to sign people to join the crew as they become available.

-- Costas was a witness to Dan's boxing match with Jerome Bettis the other night. Costas is impressed with Dan's hand speed. Costas did a great play-by-play of the fight. He and Giants RB Brandon Jacobs apparently were the only ones who saw this epic showdown.

-- Costas thinks he can take Dan and Bus in the 100-yard dash. Dan thinks they should make that part of the pregame show.

-- Costas talked about potential rule changes. Costas said you have to let division winners in. What's the point of having divisions if you don't do that?

-- Costas sat down with Bruce Springsteen to talk about the halftime show. Sprinsteen told Costas the halftime show will be like if you had tickets to a Bruce concert, but got lost on the way to the arena and only caught the last 12 minutes.

-- Dan and Costas talked about Joe Torre. Costas thinks there's more bitterness lingering from the manager's departure from the Yankees then we even knew. Costas said he's interviewing Torre next week and wants to get to the bottom of why the manager would do this.

We're two days away from Dan handing the trophy to either the Cardinals or Steelers. Lots to break down as the big game approaches.

Dan warmed up with the Boss last night and snuck in a couple of photos. Bruce Springsteen will perform at halftime. It's still to be determined if Dan will join him on stage.

Here's a rundown of the guests who will help us out ...

Jerome Bettis -- Dan's NBC teammate has been talking a lot of trash about racing Dan. Will he back it up?

Jerry Rice -- The Hall of Fame receiver knows Super Bowls. He'll share his thoughts on the game and receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

Deion Sanders -- The outspoken analyst will definitely have a unique take on this matchup and everything going on in Tampa.

Bob Costas -- The renowned commentator will weigh in on the Patrick-Bettis race and the other big sporting event of the weekend.

Matthew Stafford -- The Georgia quarterback could be the No. 1 pick. We'll get a sense of what he thinks will happen in April.

Brooklyn Decker -- The SI swimsuit model will join Dan in studio to talk about her fiance Andy Roddick's loss in Australia and the upcoming SI Swimsuit issue.

Kurt Warner
Kurt Warner will play in his third Super Bowl on Sunday.

Kurt Warner took a break from his busy schedule to join the show. Here are some of the highlights of his interview with Dan:

-- Warner admitted he didn't necessarily expect the Cardinals to reach the Super Bowl this year. Warner said they continued to gain confidence throughout the postseason, beating teams they weren't supposed to.

-- Warner said people are reading too much into the Anquan Boldin situation. Warner says Boldin is healthy and back to his old self. Warner said the coaching staff didn't think he was 100 percent and that's why they kept him out at the end of the Philly game.

-- Warner had interesting comments on his future. "I have no idea what I'm going to do moving forward," Warner said. "I'm going to look back at the Anquan situation, and say to myself, 'do I really want to do this physically?'" But Warner said he still might come back.

-- If Warner does come back, he said he wants it to be in Arizona. "I don't want to go anywhere else and play," Warner said. "That is my mindset right now. I want to finish my career with the Cardinals."

-- Warner said he's not afraid of the Steelers blitzing. The Cardinals had some success against the Eagles when they blitzed, and they expect to see more of that from Pittsburgh. "You welcome the blitz if you feel you can attack it," he said.

-- Dan asked which offense was better -- his current on in Arizona or the Rams? Warner picked the Greatest Show on Turf. "I don't know if there will ever be a group like we assembled in St. Louis," Warner said. "They still get the edge over any offense I've ever seen.

-- Warner thought it would be a good idea for Dan to wear gloves when he hands out the trophy. "A little more tact," Warner said. "No chance of dropping it."

Tx_cutler_miller
Jay Cutler talked about his relationship with former Broncos coach Mike Shanahan.
Peter Read Miller/SI

Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler joined the show to discuss his new coach and Super Bowl week.

-- Dan asked Cutler if he talked to recently fired coach Mike Shanahan. "I talked to Mike the day after he got fired," Cutler said. "He wasn't mad. He didn't seem that upset. He seemed like he was in a little bit of shock. He seemed ready to move on."

-- Cutler and Dan talked about whether Shanahan held him back. Cutler said Shanahan might have needed some time to trust him.

-- No surprise, Cutler is a big fan of official Ed Hochuli, whose bad call gave the Broncos a win over the Chargers. They started talking about Hochuli, and Cutler made it clear he wouldn't mess with the jacked-up official.

-- Dan referenced the Broncos' late-season struggles. Cutler said, "offense or defense?" and then tried to retract it.
