Ordered further, That upon the use or yielding back of that time, the pending amendments be withdrawn, that the managers' amendments which have been cleared by the Leaders and Managers be in order; provided, that if cleared, the amendments be considered and agreed to; provided further, that the bill, as amended, if amended, be read a third time, and the Senate proceed to vote on passage of the bill; provided further, that upon passage, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table. S. 181 (ORDER NO. 14) 2.--Ordered, That upon passage of S. 22, the Senate proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 181, a bill to amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and to modify the operation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, to clarify that a discriminatory compensation decision or other practice that is unlawful under such Acts occurs each time compensation is paid pursuant to the discriminatory compensation decision or other practice, and for other purposes.
