Rehabilitation therapy is incredibly important to so many seniors with limited mobility and other disabilities. An arbitrary cap on these services is wrong because it targets the sickest Medicare patients who need it most.

In the past, I have strongly supported efforts to remove this cap and have cosponsored the Medicare Access to Rehabilitations Services Act of 2009, to eliminate this cap once and for all.
