Education is important for the success of the future generation, but federal resources should be limited to U.S. citizens.

Federal aid is a limited resource and should be used to benefit legal citizens of the United States of America.  Our country is a country built on laws and we must enforce those laws, not reward those who broke the law by crossing the border illegally.
