This report is the second in a series concerning the in-depth analysis of the New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana Hurricane Protection System being conducted by the IPET. It provides a status report on the conduct of the scope of work outlined in Report 1 as well as preliminary results emerging from the evaluation.
