Why isn't there a micromessaging service that asks, "What are you eating?" And why don't Epicurious and similar have such a feature?
Just noticed that search.twitter.com now threads @replies (click "Show Conversation"). Very useful stuff.

I dunno, @tonystubblebine; I thought Amex did a good job. She stayed calm (even tho I didn't), and she refunded both fees as requested.
@johnbattelle: If you're Twittering as a company, follow everyone who follows you. If you're an individual, it's pure preference.
