Effective July 1, 2008, the attached Ordinance No. 889 became effective outlining best management practices and establishing regulations for the proper handling, temporary storage, collection, and disposal of manure in the City of Norco. These management practices are designed to reduce or prevent manure from entering or contaminating the City's storm water system. This Ordinance also requires all residents of the City of Norco who keep livestock to participate in the City's manure collection Program.
