The Armed Forces Inaugural Committee has worked hard over the last year to provide world-class military ceremonial support to the 56th presidential inauguration. With the conclusion of inaugural events, AFIC is closing down operations. We are now preparing after-action reports and planning materials to support the 2013 presidential inauguration. Consequently, we will no longer schedule interviews with AFIC personnel who must complete closeout activities so they may return to their home stations. We have a robust archive of photos and news resources here on our website at http://www.afic.northcom.mil and a full inventory of inaugural photos is available at http://www.defenseimagery.mil. The AFIC Public Affairs Office will remain available at (202) 691-2059 for general queries and follow-up actions from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
