I was troubled to hear about the difficulties that some ticketed guests had while attempting to view the inauguration ceremony. The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) has established an email address for people to send their feedback: feedback@jccic.senate.gov. I encourage everyone who had difficulty to share their stories with the JCCIC so that they can ensure this never happens again.
