APPROPRIATIONS
CIVILIAN: (FY10 Deadline - Febraury 27, 2009)
Civilian appropriations apply to items such as: buses, roads, bridges, agricultural research, health centers, school projects, stormwater/ wastewater expansion, beach renourishment, land acquisition, river or port dredging, university research projects, etc.

The FY10 defense request form will be available on 2 Feb 2009. A deadline for submission of requests has not been set because Congress has not yet received the President's budget request. Once the President's budget request is submitted, the deadline to submit requests will likely be three weeks after the request is submitted.
