Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen hosted the 2008 Congressional Recognition Ceremony at her former high school, Southwest Senior High, where she recognized dozens of students from across her Congressional district for their academic and civic excellence. Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen gave out awards for the Congressional Medal of Merit for outstanding students and also for the Most Improved Student.
