Wow: U.S. Rep. John Murtha, D-Johnstown, sees no problem in relocating prisoners from the Guantanamo Bay prison to U.S. prisons, and he's probably right that they'd be "no more dangerous in my district than in Guantanamo." Currently, there's no federal prison in Murtha's congressional district. If the federal government would build one to house the detainees, we're certain Murtha and the vast majority of his constituents would welcome the facility and related economic activity. As would lots of other people in other congressional districts.
