Congratulations Letter Request for
Boy Scout - Eagle Scout Award or Girl Scout Gold Award
This webpage provides information for scouts and other youth groups who want to tent camp at the Academy. The above Camping Information (.doc) shows you what procedures you need to do to start the process. Print it out and review the information. The additional links allow you to download and access specific sections of the document.
Even if you are not utilizing our camping area, click the AFA Visit Letter link and print the information for the self-guided tour of things to see while here.
To those Scout Leaders who have a Scout newly receiving their Eagle Scout or Girl Scout Gold Awards use the Congratulations Letter Request link to receive a congratulatory letter from the Academy Superintendent. To accommodate the vast number of requested letters the process will be done online. This is the only way to request this letter, sending a request through the mail will no longer be accepted. Send any questions about this to pa.comrel@usafa.af.mil.
Please pass this information to other scout troops, councils and youth groups.
