Carmel, NY – U.S. Rep. John Hall's (D-NY19) office will be holding the third round of satellite office hours in Westchester, Rockland and Dutchess Counties TOMORROW, Wednesday July 2. Hall’s satellite office hours extend on a regular basis the services and support his office provides. Hall's staff will be present at the outreach offices the first Wednesday of every month to provide help with casework and meet with constituents. The outreach office hours are part of Congressman Hall's continued effort to provide accessibility to all areas of the 19th Congressional District that he represents. In 2007, he visited every one of the 43 towns and cities in the District and he is repeating the 43-town tour in 2008. Hall also holds regular “Congress on Your Corner” events throughout the district at local post offices, town halls and grocery stores. At Congress on Your Corner, Hall and his staff members take the services of his office to a local community, so residents can obtain assistance with casework, discuss issues, or get information without having to travel to one of the Congressman's district offices.
Hall has permanent offices in both Orange and Putnam County. With satellite outreach offices in Westchester, Rockland and Dutchess Counties, the services of Hall's congressional offices will be available in all five counties he represents.
The outreach offices are open the first Wednesday of every month at each of the following locations and times:
Westchester Cortlandt Town Hall 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Rockland Stony Point Town Hall 74 East Main St. Stony Point, NY 10980 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Dutchess Fishkill Town Hall 807 Route 52 Fishkill, NY 12524 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
