Washington -U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that O'Fallon Associates has been awarded a $182,978 Service Coordinator grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The funds are for three years and will be used to employ a service coordinator to help link the elderly and the disabled with services to help them live independently. An important goal of this program is to prevent unnecessary institutionalization.
"This funding will improve the quality of life of our most vulnerable citizens," said Costello. "I strongly support HUD funds, which assist local efforts to enhance public housing."
