Dreier Delivers Special Order Speech on Rules Report "Out of Order"

Congressman Dreier, Rules Committee Ranking Republican, led a special order speech last night on the Democratic Majority's broken promises to provide the most open and honest Congress in history.  Dreier was joined by colleagues who have had substantive amendments rejected or turned away at the door of the Rules Committee.  They also discussed the report recently issued by the Rules Committee Republicans, "Out of Order: The Breakdown of Debate, Decorum, and Deliberation in the House at the Hands of the Rules Committee."  Watch the special order speech: Dial-Up/Broadband.
