Internships

Internships provide an excellent opportunity to see firsthand the legislative process in action. Responsibilities include assisting with incoming mail, working with staff on legislative projects, handling constituent casework, and conducting general office duties. Internships are available in the Capitol Hill office and in the district offices in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. 

Internships in Congressman Van Hollen's Rockville and Hyattsville offices are still available for Spring 2009.  If you are interested, please send an e-mail to joan.kleinman@mail.house.gov.
