Contractor Information

Print Version

Introduction

The Procurement Division periodically has a need to provide information that has a significant and/or immediate impact on contractor performance of AOC contracts on the Capitol Complex. Although the contractual agreement signed by the contractor and the AOC Contracting Officer governs the contractor's performance, the information provided here will provide current and immediate notice to AOC contractors of the operating status or other changing procedures or conditions that may affect contractor performance.

Operating conditions on the Capitol Complex are normal.  There are no unusual activities that will negatively impact contractor operations.

Clauses and Provisions Applicable to Purchase Card Transactions and Requests for Quotations

For the convenience of our vendors, the AOC is providing the clauses and provisions applicable to AOC purchase card transactions on this web site.  These same clauses and provisions are applicable to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) if the RFQ references the clauses and provisions provided on this web site.  These clauses and provisions are not applicable to any RFQ issued with its own clauses and provisions.  Additionally, any clauses and provisions accompanying an AOC purchase order take precedence over the clauses and provisions provided here.
