Thursday, January 22, 2009:
9:30 am: Convene and begin a period of morning business for 1 hour, with senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. The Republicans will control the first 30 minutes and the Democrats will control the second 30 minutes.

10:30 am: The Senate will resume consideration of S.181, the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. There will then be 60 minutes for debate.

11:30 am: A roll call vote in relation to the Hutchison amendment is expected.
