GRASSLEY URGES TORNADO VICTIMS TO VISIT DISASTER RECOVERY CENTERS

NEW HARTFORD- Senator Chuck Grassley today urged victims of the recent Northeast Iowa tornadoes to visit the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Disaster Recovery Centers open in New Hartford, Parkersburg and Aurora.

“As the resilient people of Butler, Blackhawk and Buchanan counties begin the rebuilding process, it’s important they use all the federal assistance available,” Grassley said. “These recovery centers can help those in need quickly get back on their feet.”

FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers are readily accessible mobile centers where applicants can receive information and assistance related to their particular case.

Below are the locations of the three Disaster Recover Centers. Offices are open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
