Braley Aide to Hold Expanded Office Hours in Ten Rural Northeast Iowa Communities |
Washington, DC - Today, Rep. Bruce Braley (D-Waterloo) announced that aide Mitch Adams, Rural Caseworker, will be holding new and expanded office hours in ten different northeast Iowa communities each month. The updated office hours begin next Monday, February 2nd. The staff office hours are a part of Braley's Rural Outreach Program. The Rural Outreach Program devotes one of Braley's Iowa staff to working full-time on issues and casework for constituents living in rural counties of the First District. "I hope to make my office more accessible to the thousands of eastern Iowans who live in small towns and rural areas far from one of my three offices in Waterloo, Dubuque, and Davenport," Braley said. "My first job in Congress is to represent the constituents who sent me here, and my Rural Outreach Program will allow me to better serve the residents of eastern Iowa's rural counties." Braley's Iowa offices are located in Waterloo, Dubuque, and Davenport. The schedule for the rural office hours follows. Adams will hold office hours in Allison, Elkader, Guttenberg, Independence, Manchester, McGregor, New Hartford, Oelwein, Waverly and West Union each month, beginning this Monday, February 2nd.
