Public Consultation Tracking System

The Public Consultation Tracking System (PCTS) is an online query system. It allows federal agencies and applicants for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits to track the status of National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries Service) consultations. Such actions come under Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act sections 305(b)(2) & 305(b)(4) Essential Fish Habitat (EFH).

The permit number and Corps District reviewing the request are needed to check the status of a permit request. A federal agency needs a user ID and password.
