Inc. are pleased to announce the publication of "A Guide to Creating Vernal
Ponds". This easy to understand book contains techniques that the educator,
private landowner and public land steward may use to establish ephemeral
wetlands. It is now possible to make a vernal pond that looks and functions
like a natural wetland. Vernal ponds provide critical habitat to amphibian,
