Additional Helpful Recommendations:

Check your system! Sometime before the meeting begins, please conduct the following steps:

  1. WebEx will automatically setup Meeting Manager for Windows the first time you join a meeting. To save time, you can setup prior to the meeting by clicking this link: https://ccsso.webex.com/ccsso/ meetingcenter/mcsetup.php

  2. The host requests that you check for compatibility of rich media players for Universal Communications Format (UCF) before you join the session. UCF allows you to view multimedia during the session. To check now, click the following link: https://ccsso.webex.com/ccsso/ systemdiagnosis.php

Join as a group! We encourage you to convene all of your district users together to participate in the session. There will be a limited number of access lines for any one session and by your viewing the session as a group, you will help us ensure access to the session by all districts that wish to participate. In addition, participating as a group will facilitate communication and promote common understanding of the Formula Grant (EASIE) online tool.

Join early to allow time to resolve technical difficulties! We recommend that you connect 15 minutes prior to the session to allow you time to ensure your PC has been correctly set-up.
