Multi-Year Research, Development and Demonstration Plan: Planned Program Activities for 2005-2015

The Hydrogen, Fuel Cells & Infrastructure Technologies Program Multi-Year Research, Development, and Demonstration Plan describes the planned research, development, and demonstration activities for hydrogen and fuel cell technologies through 2015. The document was first published in draft form in 2003, and in final form in 2005. Elements of it have been revised occasionally since then. Throughout the early years of this research, the entire program received extensive review by the hydrogen and fuel cell research community, including panels of the National Research Council and the National Academy of Engineering.

This October 2007 edition reflects the technical progress made since inception, and the improved forecasts that come from actual experience. More revisions are expected in the years ahead, as the program moves towards its goals.
