Clean Air Act

Links to Regulations

The Clean Air Act, like other laws enacted by Congress, was incorporated into the United States Code. The House of Representatives maintains a current version of the U.S. Code, which includes amendments of the Clean Air Act enacted since 1990. To see the current provisions of the Clean Air Act, you should refer to Title 42, Chapter 85 of the U.S. Code. Section numbers are different; for example, section 101 in the Clean Air Act is equivalent to section 7401 in the U.S. Code.

1990 Amendments to the Clean Air Act

This is the act passed by Congress in 1990 to amend the Clean Air Act. It was the last major amendment to the Act, although there have been minor changes since then.
