Capability Enhancement of Researchers, Institutions, and Small Businesses

The Capability Enhancement Program promotes competitive science and engineering research, education, and innovation across its activities aimed primarily at minority-serving institutions, small businesses, and industry-university cooperative research centers, and the Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research.
