Develop Intervention Details
Services or Training
Another detail that you may need to include in your intervention planning is
any services that should be developed or modified and any staff training that
goes along with new services. For example, you may want to provide cooking
classes to build skills in cooking healthy meals, or improve the front-line
service at a local WIC clinic. Think about the benefits that you want to provide
to your audience. How can this service make the behavior easier and more
convenient for the target audience? How will you communicate those benefits to
the audience? Staff who interact with the target audience on a consistent basis
can be a great pathway to communicate information and benefits. Do you need to
conduct training with staff so that they know the right information to tell the
target audience? |
